⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff at In-Shape is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Every time we come in, we're greeted with sincere smiles, and everyone is always in a great mood. There's one staff member in particular—I don't know his name, but he's Latino—who is always willing to help. About four days ago, my wife wanted me to leave a 5-star review because of how kind he was. That day, there were no towels available, and we were worried because we had an appointment and needed them. He went out of his way to search the gym and found a couple of towels for us. It's that kind of outstanding customer service that makes a difference. We are very happy and proud to be members of In-Shape. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel welcome every time we visit!

Awesome manager and great team of employees. Clean gym, helpful staff, positive environment. I have been a member for 25 yrs and the current manager they have there now is one of the most caring and understanding people I have ever met. Should be called Great Vibes Fitness Club!

It's always super busy and they only have 1 of each machine so you have to get creative to get your body parts in. Parking is sometimes challenging. You have to follow someone from the door to their parking spot and wait. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have really enjoyed the positive environment and supportive staff. The facility is always clean and well organized. The trainers are professional and helpful, and the atmosphere motivates me to stay consistent with my fitness goals. Overall, my experience has been very good and encouraging. Abdul Azim Qurbani

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident involving the main manager at the Floyd and McHenry In-Shape location. On the day in question, I parked in the same parking spot I have routinely used for years. I parked behind the manager, leaving ample space. There was no red curb, signage, or indication that parking was prohibited in that area. Without any prior warning or attempt at a respectful conversation, the manager approached my vehicle and began banging on my front window, stating that I could not park there. During this interaction, she told me I could “go park where the transit people sleep,” which I found to be extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. She continued to yell in the parking lot while wearing her In-Shape uniform and went on to say she would cancel my membership, stating, “like I did your mom’s.” At no point was this interaction handled calmly or respectfully. I have never worked for or been involved with a business where employees are permitted to use the closest parking while paying members are required to park nearly half a mile away on the street. More concerning, however, was the aggressive manner in which this situation was han
